A fellow villager in Fernham recommended Purple Plumbing to us, and we couldn’t be happier they did.
From the first call to the very friendly and efficient Susan on the phone to the initial free visit from head plumber Roly and the subsequent work carried out by James, Purple Plumbing have been a genuine pleasure to deal with.
We had 2 or 3 jobs that needed sorting (from a largish unvented cylinder to some smaller jobs including a boiler service) and Purple Plumbing have been quick in their response in booking in dates for the work and clearly expert in the standard and quality of the work completed.
As I say, couldn’t be more satisfied. If you need a plumber, use them.
The Purple Plumbing People have just installed a new Worcester oil fired boiler which I am very pleased with. The engineers visited my house to assess my current heating system, took time to explain the various options available for a new system and answered all my questions with technical competence and in detail. Their quote was competitive and the work was carried out to schedule and on budget. The engineer who installed the boiler had a great work ethic, he was technically excellent and cleared up really well when the job was finished. This is an excellent company to deal with and I shall be using them to service my boiler.
I wanted to drop you a line to say a huge thank you for the recent work which you have done on our boiler and heating system. Both the guys were respectful, polite, thoughtful, considerate, and did a great job. We could not have asked for a better service, thank you all.

I had been dreading the upheaval but it was all so simple!
The work was quick, clean and efficient and the price was competitive.
As we had the work done in the summer there was no interruption to our heating and we were all set up and running with a nice new reliable boiler for winter.
