Boiler Servicing and breakdown
We will service your oil, gas or LPG boiler to ensure that it is running safely and efficiently. It is recommended to service your boiler annually to help reduce maintenance costs and prolong its lifespan.
We also offer a limited out of hours service in case of breakdown to ensure that your heating is back up and running as soon as possible.
Boiler Replacement
We specialise in Worcester Bosch boilers and favour them for their reliability, efficiency and exceptional after sales service.
As Accredited Worcester Bosch Installers, we are able to offer guarantees of up to 10 years including parts and labour on all Worcester boilers.
Which boiler should you choose?
We understand that getting a new boiler can be an urgent and stressful experience. Our team will help you to decide on which boiler is most suitable for your budget, lifestyle and property. Being Worcester Bosch Accredited and OFTEC & Gas Registered means we uphold the quality expected when fitting new boilers. Our up-to-date training ensures you have an engineer working safely and expertly at all times.
Boiler Types
We can service, repair and install all boiler types and different types of systems including a gravity system, a combi boiler and an unvented cylinder. It is worth understanding the difference between different options and the advantages of each.
Landlords
Landlords are required by law to have an annual gas safety check carried out on their properties. This also applies to rooms let within a house and holiday lets (eg. Airbnb).
Gas safety checks should be carried out every 12 months by a Gas Safe Registered engineer on every gas appliances and pipework. This will ensure that all gas fittings and appliances (such as cookers, boilers and any other gas appliance) are safe to use.
At the end of our inspection, you will be provided with a full inspection report valid for one year. We can also service and repair all your gas appliances during the same visit.
